Privacy

The controller of personal data on this site is the editors of socialdreamnetwork, reachable at contact@socialdreamnetwork.com. This notice is written in the spirit of the GDPR and applies wherever you are reading from.

The contact form collects the name, the email address, the chosen subject and the text of the message. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account, profile or newsletter behind it.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence about the guide. The purpose is to read your message and reply to it, and nothing more.

Messages are kept while the matter is open and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so that a correction can be traced back to its source, then deleted.

The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which may include the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser string. They exist for security and for fault-finding, and they are held for a short period by the provider.

There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixel, no third party cookie and no first party cookie. The site stores nothing in your browser: no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. The single script on the site opens and closes the navigation menu, and it does nothing else.

Data is processed by the hosting provider and by the email provider used for correspondence, both acting on instruction. No data is sold, shared for advertising, or used to build a profile.

If a processor operates outside your country, the transfer is made under the safeguards available in law for that provider. We do not transfer data for any purpose beyond hosting the site and carrying the mail.

You may ask for access to your data, for correction, for erasure, for restriction of processing, for portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@socialdreamnetwork.com and the request will be answered.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, whichever is convenient to you.
